The conversion process on solid sheet, vacuum forming, die cutting and creasing, can be carried out on standard machinery. The end product can be glued, ultra-sonically welded, hot air welded or stapled.

Solid sheet extruded from virgin Block Copolymer is opaque in appearance so where transparency is required the sheet must be extruded from Random Copolymer.
